Wrap Up 2018

It's the holiday time and we are winding down to the end of the year.  I'm on a mission this year to make sure the people who following me and are in my sphere, end on a good note. I want YOU to end strong so that 2019 becomes the year that you START on the right foot.

One of the rituals that I practice at the end of the year is to take the years planners and organizers and look at every single thing I did.  I tend to write a lot in the notes sections jotting down my ideas that pop up.  I check to see what I actually completed, what was an idea that went away, what I started but didn't finish.

Reflect & Review

Reflection is a great tool to use to gather insight and information on how you showed up.   It's easy to gloss over this step and just jump into new goal setting, but take the precious time for this step. Reflection, when done with awareness, can give you golden nuggets of information.  It's crucial in knowing your authentic self, helps you to re-align with your inner knowing, and tune in.  This isn't about beating yourself up or seeing all that you didn't do (which is another insight into our internal conversations), but rather it's an opportunity to see what your accomplishments were and how you navigated your year.

So, pour yourself a cup of tea or cacao, grab your favorite journal, all your planners & organizers-  Open your heart and mind and settle in, so you can see what showed up for the year 2018.

♡ How do you think you showed up overall?

♡ Were you able to step out of your comfort zone?

♡ How much fun did you have?

♡ Did you take time for self-care?

♡ When the challenges showed up, how did you navigate them?

♡ How did you show up at work?

♡ Did you accomplish what you set out to do?

♡ How do you think you showed up to others?

♡ If you could describe the year in 1 or 2 words, what would they be?

Really mine your past 12 months for information and reflections that will help you gain a greater awareness of yourself, how you deal with life, and how you show up in your life.

♡ What were the top 3 takeaways you are most proud of yourself for?

♡ What were the top 3 lessons from the year?

♡ How have you grown?

♡ What are the top 3 ways you would have liked to have shown up when things were difficult? Even if you didn't.

♡ In your business, what was your biggest learning?

♡ In your business, as an entrepreneur, what area is still needing support?

♡ In your relationship, what shined the greatest for you?

♡ In your relationship, what is reflecting back as a missing for you?

♡ How much time did you spend with friends and nurturing friendships?

♡ What are the top 3 things you are most proud of in 2018?

♡ What are you willing to let go of from this year so that you don't carry it into 2019?  Whether it's a limiting belief, a job, a distraction, a relationship.

♡ In what ways were you consistently showing up for yourself and others?

♡ What limiting beliefs continued to play out this year that you would like to let go of?

Once you've completed this, take a hot bath with some epsom salts and your favorite essential oil.  Frankincense is awesome for this overhaul you just completed!  It's a lot.  Allow this to process out and just be with whatever came up for you.  You can even do a cleansing ritual by cleaning out everything and throwing away what’s no longer needed. Clearing out your physical space and doing some aromatherapy to cleanse the physical air will also reset the energy.

Allow yourself the space to just BE in whatever came up for you.

My hope is that this will become a yearly ritual for you to finish the year strong, knowing where you came from so you can set up 2019 knowing where you are going.

Here’s to finishing the year more empowered with more bliss.✨
